The Fish Guys will work diligently with you to recreate an underwater environment that maintains the delicate balance a closed system needs in order to be trouble free. From the very beginning, we design your tank to be as accident free as possible. Safety features such as check valves, emergency overflow drains (where possible), aluminum/PVC drip trays, and surge protectors can also be included as additional peace of mind.

 

Our regularly scheduled weekly or bi-weekly visits consist of the following:

• General overall inspection of aquarium

• Complete system check

• Inspection of fish/animals behavior

• Water testing/analysis

• Water changes (as needed)

• Top-off water (as needed)

• Cleaning glass/acrylic inside and out

• Cleaning of skimmer cup

• Cleaning of filtration/pump area

• Cleaning of filter pads

• Chemical supplements (as needed)

• Medication if necessary

• Advise customer (as needed)

• 24-hour emergency service (additional charges may apply)
